So I'm trying to debate on which set of headers I should order. I'm trying to decide between the stainless works or the arh headers. I like the arh headers better then the stainless works but I do like the price of the stainless works better. Has anybody had any issues with either of these?. My exhaust set up will be the long tube headers with no cats and resonator delete with stock mufflers for right now, but will be going with the MagnaFlow competition 3" here in a few months when funds allow it (wife). Anybody have any in site on air raid vs jlt cai? I'll be going with a Lund tune.

I have stainless works off road 1 7/8 headers and sw h pipe catback along with jlt cai in my room waiting to be installed. I will also be dyno tuning car with Lund. All I can say is the headers look great the quality looks spot on and you can't beat the price. I believe arh are more money and are really no different.
Was very pleased with ARH. perfect fit, and quality.
I have stainless works. Fit perfect.

The car just drives better all around with the Livernois tuner. They have access to a ton more of the Ecu than SCT software does, and it shows all around in the way the car drives and responds

Are the headers able to be installed without removing the kmember?
Yes. You just have to lift the motor a little bit.
Remove motor mounts, unhook steering shaft.

It's not a terrible job if you have access to a lift. After you've done it a few times you learn the tricks to make the job go a bit faster.
What are the tricks to make this easier.
Take it to a good shop and have them do it.
Just knowing what tools to use, the order, how to slide them in, etc. I couldn't come close to explaining it all.
we used studs with the sw headers, we didn't replace any with bolts.
