having issues

i went for a spirited drive today, but i noticed under slow accelerated speeds, mostly in second gear, right at 2900-3000rpm my car loses power. it almost feels like i hit the brakes. i can only feel this under part throttle. wide open feels mostly normal.

just curious what you guys think i should start looking at changing. the car is factory stock except k&n filter and weld in flowmasters. about 2 months ago i changed plugs,and fuel filter. thanks

possibly, i havent cleaned it in over a year. i will try that tommorrow and see if it helps.
