Have you guys heard e85 in tank tester?

Someone told me there's an in tank reader that give you a digital reading on true e85 octane? Can someone point me in the right direction?

Does anyone have experience with it? Some one told me it tends to bottle neck the fuel on the return side that could cause low fuel pressure? any experiences?
