Hagerty Says My Car is Worth $3K More

Just got an email from Hagerty saying according to their vehicle evaluation system, my car is now worth $3K more than before. Are prices for the '01 up?

Ive been with Hagerty for 25 years with 3 different cars, Ive never had a claim but have always wondered it they are true to their word about paying out the covered full declared value for a total loss or theft??? anyone have any experience with Hagerty claims.
