Recently added to the family was a
Henry .45/70 with Color Case Hardened and Octagonal barrel and optic.

    Winchester Model 94 30/30

    Swiss K31

Mosin which for a 1st time refinish couple runs but looks alot better than shellac.

As soon as I can post pics I will.
Also can anyone lead me in the right direction for any Swiss K31 ammo or Mosin?
preferably new or newer ammo since my last 8 rounds of mosin struck the primer and didn't go off. I may have to adjust bolt/ spring on the firing pin area.

Lastly I do come across new and old parts for guns so if anyone is looking for missing or worn out parts they cant find shoot me a message and I'll keep an eye out.

    Stay safe during these time. 71945.jpeg 93542.jpeg 93541.jpeg 89915.jpeg 89917.jpeg 91596.jpeg 91594.jpeg 91784.jpeg 95591.jpeg 95590.jpeg

Nice. Are they 54R or 39?

7.62x54r should be available at almost every gun store. If it’s surplus is the question.
Now if the Swiss is like my mine (predecessor your K31) it’s 7.5x55. I managed to get the ammo (3 boxes) from the guy I bought it from. The research my gun store did shows only 3 companies on this planet that are still making the ammo for that caliber. I have one box of it which is a modern sulfur free powder. I can send you a picture of the box. It’s expensive though.
Also from what I’m told any military surplus ammo manufactured after 1950 is sulfur free powder.

I had it done here in San Diego by Gunfighter Tactical. Price was decent and over all done very nicely. Took a bit longer due to them running a skeleton crew because of the ronas.

It a Russian SVD Dragunov so its 54R. The Chinese did import their NMD in 7.62x51, but the Russians only did 54R.

I have a viper pst on an AR. It’s a nice lower end scope. Razor is supposed to have better glass.

Since the ammo shelves are emptying out and I don't really want to blow through my stockpile, I got a new air rifle. Being a responsible shooter, I'll have to take it out to sight it in since I really don't want to have a .22 pellet going astray from my back yard.

1100fps is no joke for an air rifle. They are FOID items out here in Illinois, meaning you need a firearm card to own one. I think anything over 700fps is treated like any other firearm.

Gunna try my hand at milling an 80% lower and matting it with an Adam's Precision 14inch upper. Buying guns in Cali has been nothing but a head ache lately. Figured I'd do the work around and put some work into a build. Gunna put some upgraded roller pins, knock out pins, grip and a JARD trigger in it. 759262806ec8933b74230f1f3564833b.jpg 214daed30214ed69e3f8c72c18b2b7ec.jpg e309078bc6106685c666f8f9ac8791b3.jpg 9547f0c5fb07f4353e867a3dc16bd553.jpg 08060413989417d4ecf76e09337c7aa8.jpg
