Well, quite a few. 11.8 @ 117 is not exactly impressive for nearly 60K. You can get Redeye's for 65K OTD and that is not too far off from your Model 3 price. Longer range on the Redeye, will absolutely ****ing destroy it in a race/drag strip and probably around a road course, has pretty sweet apps that let you modify performance, suspension, etc. Mercedes CLA 45 AMG - 0-60 in 3.8ish seconds, nicer interior, just as many features, longer range, decent better looks to a wider crowd. Tuned, they are running 11's. Audi RS3 - 0-60 in 3.5ish seconds, nicer interior, just as many features, longer range, decent looks. Low 12's stock, Stage-1's are running mid 10's @ 127, which is model S luda territory. Even some of the "SUV's" like a Macan turbo which are about 60-70K and have WAY more features and a badass interior are running 11's. As I said, at a model s' highest price point, adding the uber over priced wheel option for $4,000+. FSD, you're over 110K. Now, factor in 10% sales tax and fees, you're over 120K. For that price, you can start looking at other luxury cars that have way nicer interiors and just as many features, like an RS7 that with a single tune will be running well into the 10's @ nearly 130 MPH, which is just as quick as a Model S in luda mode. Not to mention, the RS7 will have more range too. Discussing cars to compete with the Model S in the same price point, well that is a conversation for a different time.
