What’s the weight difference between an 5.8 aluminum and a 5.4 iron and will the 5.4 bolt up to the 5.8 heads and stuff are all parts interchangeable ?

About 100 lbs. This is what I did, but I went from a 5.4 aluminum block. You may need to get the composite windage tray/oil pan gasket to work with this engine and your oil pan. Everything else is interchangable.
