I'm looking to swap out my factory axle backs with something better. I'm trying to keep the cost around or under 500. Right now, I've narrowed it down to either the GT500 or Roush sets. I've got BBK long tube headers, BBK off road x pipe and factory resonators and axle backs. Right now, all I plan on doing is changing the axle backs. Has anyone used either of these with the same or similar setup?

I've heard mixed reviews on both. How does the sound of each compare to the stock set, when used with LT's and off road x pipe?

Ive had both with long tubes and an off road x-pipe. The Roush setup was just too much. On a cold start I could he the exhaust crack off of my neighbors house in the morning. I switched out to the gt500's and the car was much tamer...plus the gt500's sound better too.

My GT500's sound great....just very quiet. I've got high flow cats welded in with a 3" O/R X-pipe
