Well since I moved into my own apartment. It has just been me for a couple months. I thought I needed a buddy. For hiking, relaxing, going downtown fort collins etc... He's a 10 month old boxer mix. His name was Walter, but I will likely call him "Wally"

Here he is

Cute rescue! I know in LNC you were talking about crate training. Don't forget to take his collars off before you leave him in there at night or while you're gone/whatever.

He's the laziest puppy ever it seems

Good looking pup, congrats!! Looks like a staffy to me. We recently rescued one they were certain was a boxer; got the dna testing done and sure enough 95% American Staffy.

Yeah with the place saying " Boxer " my apartment doesnt have a problem with him which is awesome. But I'll do DNA testing on him

Awesome! He definitely has those full Boxer markings. I have two Boxers and lived in an apartment with both. They would sleep most of the day but could definitely play pretty hard. Enjoy him!

He didn't do well in the crate yesterday, pooped in it.. so took him on a LONGGGGG walk this morning to drain him lol

Hopefully today is better. Though a friend is coming to pick him up, and have him play with her dog to get him used to other pups

Good on you for rescuing a dog and taking it into your home! All my dogs are rescues, cats, too. The most recent one is a Border Collie/something mix. He was abused, and this is the first dog I have ever had that had been abused. It took some work on both our parts, now I've got one of the best dogs in the world!

Hope you and your pup have many great years together.
