This is part number 4080660. The main use of this belt is for a Lightning or a Harley truck with a lighting pulley. This is obviously the supercharger drive belt. There are probably other applications but I am not for sure. I had it on my truck for abot 9,000 miles. It is in excellent shape. When bending the inside of the belt there is NO cracking. Some of the lettering on the outside is worn but you can clearly see it. Once again it is in excellent shape and will probably last a long time.
