I love the Chicago Bears. Football is my #1 sport. I enjoyed watching the Cubs until it disintegrated, but football is my true love.
So why am I happy they lost? Dick Jauron, although seemingly a good guy, obviously isn't the coach to get us back to the playoffs. Even if he manages to go 7-9 or 8-8 he will be probably be fired at the end of the year. However if the Bears go 1-15 or 2-14, he and maybe the other coaches will be gone AND we will have one of the top draft choices. That way we could bring in a new coaching staff and give them the # 1 or 2 pick in the draft. Any comments? Am I a traitor for actually hoping they lose?
