Going back to a Blend

I tried to find some threads on the topic but had no luck. I know it has been discussed before about going back to a Synthetic Blend from a Full Synthetic.

I have heard of guys leaving Synthetic Oils such as RP or Mobil and going back to the Ford Motorcraft Synthetic Blend. Any pros or cons to doing this?

Go pick up Motorcraft full synthetic. I paid 6.75 qt. I switched from MC blend to MC full. You can switch back and forth but once you go full, why go back.

Pro is cost only.

Con is less protection.

MC full syn is what they use in the ford gt and Shelby, good enough for terminator ;-)

With Amsoil Signature Series offered at wholesale pricing, why would you want to use a blend?
