Working on a month-to-month basis, Henderson will reportedly spend 20 hours each month consulting and will meet once a month with GM's head of international operations or a designated representative. At $59,090 per month, Henderson will make the equivalent of a $709,080 per year salary, or about $2,955 an hour based on his 20-hour-per-month work schedule. The deal expires December 31, 2010, though it could end sooner.
