If you come down the the southern coalfields part of the State... there are alot of poor towns surrounded by some of the best mountainous roads around, with some beautiful mountaintop cabins sprinkled in here and there. The ATV tourism recreation is starting to take off, with some good restaurants & bars popping up... but nowhere near the quantity of bars/restaurants that you'll find in the more populated areas like Charleston/Huntington/NoWV/eastern panhandle.</p></blockquote><p></p>
