Im planning on getting both tunes in one session but im not sure exactly how to do this. Ive read around and everyone just lets the fuel get low by driving it around but i cant do that. i was thinking of maybe using the return line to drain the tank maybe by disconnecting it from the tank and putting it in a gas canister. Does anybody have any advice on how to do this properly or a different way?

I would figure out how to jumper the fuel pumps and unhook the line going from the tank to the fuel filter and use that line and put an extension hose on that line into a plastic gas container or whatever you want to use to drain the tank, that's exactly what I did when I went to E85 from 91 octane....

Check with ME32. He had a fitting put on his rails that allows a separate line to be connnected (almost like a schraeder valve). In a return system you just turn the key to on and the pumps push out the fuel. In a returnless system a specific tune needs to be done.

I am running my lines from tank to just past the IRS. On the feed side I attach to the Fuel filter. On the return side a have a disconnect. My tuner is doing a quick tune to make the pumps run full time. I can disconnect from either the fuel filter or the Return side and drain it like that. Just a thought.

When I got my E85 tune I disconnected the feed line at the fuel rail and KOEO pumped all the 93 into a gas can. Just dont let them run completely out because you can burn those pumps up.
