Hey Guys,

Just want to ask if How much Boost (safe boost?) and What will be the RWHP to have these set up on a 91 Octane Cali. Gas for my 03 Cobra:

Whipple Gen. II 2.3 Whipple with 3.5" Upper pulley
Metco 4# Lower with 3.2 Alternator Pulley
Billetflow Idlers (3-100mm/1-92mm)
Accufab S/B TB
C&L intake
Bassani Midlength Headers with Catted Bassani X pipe
Borla Stingers Catback
Livewire SCT Dyno tune
Supporting Fuel mods : 60#, BAP with Wire upgrade, 2400MAF

Thanks Guys :)

18psi(for your pulley combo)...kind of borderline for 91 octane..17* timing tops...560/540 should be what you get on a dynojet. Nor would i push it much further with the fuel mods you have listed...a fuel ssytem is in order for anything over 600hp to be made safely and room for error.

THank you :) Will my Midlength Bassani headers help lower the boost down to maybe 1 psi?

Maybe. Close enough. A good tuner should be able to deal with that boost and dial in the safe timing.

I really don't want to remove my 4# lower already on, 3.5" upper hopefully might be ok and safe for me with the crappy 91 octane :( THanks Guys.

you should be in the 580-600 range with that much boost. just like blown said, i wouldnt go any higher than 17 degrees in timing. personally i would buy a 5 gallon container of torco and just cut it with 91 to make 93 or 95. thats what im going to do so i can up it to 20lbs (on 95 octane).
your fuel system should be fine up to 650. there are a lot of guys running that pushing 650 but you never know. keep an eye on your fpdc.
