gear install?

Hey I would post this in the Mustang fourm but it always seems like no one checks out that fourm:shrug: Anyway Im going to get new gears and I was wondering how much it cost to get them installed or what did you pay to get yours installed? Thanks :beer:

depends on the shop but i have heard 500 for the install w/gears

Had my 3:73:1 ring gear and pinion set installed for under $400.00, out-the-door. Filled with Mobil 1 75W-140 Synthetic Gear Lubricant and 8 US fluid ounces of Red Line Friction-Modifier/Break-In Additive.
