Here is my Aeroforce issue....have issues with both Analogue 1 and 2 (OBD2 pids work okay). Issue 1 - I can't get any boost reading (3.5 bar wired to 12V supply - same power source for the WB controller) - won't even display it on gauge when viewing so I am thinking there may be no voltage present on the input to the gauge? It does not even present it on the screen. Will meter it out I guess. I hoped I would have no problems so of course I buttoned everything up already! Issue 2 - At 780 rom idle my sensor is reading 10.3-10.4...no even close to where it should be. Rechecked the setup values and they are what the docs said to set it for. I read others had this reading too but no one ever explained what they did that solved their issues. Values rise as I give it gas. Did not yet do a WOT to see what it would read yet but it should be at 14.xx just idling. This is the newer LSU4.9 O2 sensor kit and it says the sensor should not need calibration when first installed. Got everything installed and spend the last two months with the car on jacks and ramps changing things...new MGW Gen2 with Mobile 1 change - really like it, new VMP tri-HE - wired up option to turn on with just key on and also option to turn off fans at any time, new upper RTR 2012-24 style UCA and new differential bushing, new exhaust from manifolds to rear, fixed driver seat padding issue and restained, added Steeda jacking rails and jacking posts, installed Aeroforce gauge and sensors. Only two issues - muffler sound and of course the Aeroforce....and I sprained my wrist when the drill twisted drilling that &%*^% headpipe for the sensor. That was 2 months ago and wrist is still messed up.
