Hey guys, been lurking here for years, I used to have a '94 CY 5.0 GT that I was cloning into a Cobra. Sold it a couple years ago to get a truck, but now I really have no need for a truck and want to get back into an SN Cobra.
Here's some details on the truck:
-2005 Chevy Silverado Z71 extended cab short bed
-Victory Red with black trim-paint in great shape overall
-LT trim, PW, PL, cloth buckets, Bose truck. Every option but leather.
-L33 5.3 HO- all aluminum block, higher compression and higher lift cam over normal iron 5.3
-tow package
-Rough Country level kit
-33" Nitto Trail Grapplers
-Brushguard, tail light guards
-four 6" Summit 100W offroad lights
-new body SILVERADO badges on doors
-new body Tahoe/Yukon HYBRID badge on tailgate
-low profile smoked cab lights
-black UWS lowprofile toolbox
-LineX bedliner with UV protection
-5% tint on front two windows, 5% shield strip, 5% over factory 20% on rear 3 windows
-Sony HU, Pioneer door speakers, 2 MTX 12's under the back seat, 800W Sony amp, sounds great
-Cal Speed stainless longtube headers, 3" y-pipe (no cats), 3" cutout, 3" Dynomax Bullet, 3"SI/2.5" DO Spintech Super Pro Street 9000 muffler, 5" tips dumped behind the axle
-8000k HIDs in heads/fogs, Silverstars in high beams
-tow mirrors with in-glass LED signals
-stock mirrors will be included
-smoothed and black painted dash bezel/console bezels
Truck rides and drives great. 158k miles, but it looks and drives like 58k. Only issues are a couple dents on the passenger side where an ex gf couldn't park. They're not bad, but they are there. The CEL is on, but only because there's no cats, does not affect the way the truck runs.
Looking to sell or trade. Asking $12,000 obo or trade for a nice 96-98 Cobra. No black cars please. NADA puts my truck between 11-13k with a 4.8L, so I put it right in the middle. Will trade straight for the right car, or looking for a car+cash for my truck. Located in Dacula, Ga. Will sell without the brushguard/tail light guards/offroad lights and knock $500 off the price
