E-85 you need at least a dual 20v bap, and id1300x injectors per Lund. That's what I have with a factory TVS, long tubes, and NSR cams

Get a full return fuel system with better fuel pumps. Do it right the first time and be done with it.

The 1700's will be hard to get the car to idle correctly and drive good at low speeds so I would opt for the 1300's unless ur drag racing the car and want to go all out then go 1700's but them 1300's will max out that blowers power potential anyway so unless u plan on going with a bigger blower down the road the 1300's are ur best bet.
