Sounds like we are getting E15 now for regular gas. Shouldnt we go back to E0 and use our farmland for food in a global food shortage? Nah lets plant more ****ing corn to burn in our gas.

I mentioned this in another thread, but some of the articles hint that there might only be like 2300 stations equipped to sell E15 over E10. If true, this is a huge nothing burger.

It is a big old nothing burger. Not many stations carry it, and even in good times it was barely cheaper. Now with the cost of corn and ethanol so high, it's not even worth writing about.

I'd prefer more E85 but I know it isn't going to happen with the EPA.

The stations that advertise the cash price vs the charge one are now pissing me off, $0.03-$0.04 was whatever, but if I get off the highway and choose the most convenient of the 4 stations with my trailer, only to find out it's $0.20 more per gallon than advertised, it really pisses me off.

From my >1250mi trip starting on Monday the 5th and ending last Sunday the 10th from Wichita, KS (Park city) to Colorado Springs & Monument, CO

First is Wichita, 2nd is Colby, KS on Monday. Last 2 are Saturday the 9th first in NE Colorado springs (Powers/Briargate) I've never put $60 in a roadster... 2nd is topping off after driving from there West to I-25, down to Nevada and Fillmore, then back up to Monument as there are no stations in the Black Forest area unless you backtrack a few miles. BMW E89 even with 30-40mph winds did ok on the way back, handles winds MUCH better than the Lightning or Escape, hell even the Mustang. Need to fill up tonight...

My local little pump with the only pure premium in town costs a bit more but worth it. You don't even have to put stickers up...
All car guys, so they chat with you if you have something different. Very salt of the earth good people. I told the guys there something to the effect the money I save on stickers pays for the "Putin Tax" for this premium and we all laughed...

There is one newer teacher aide at the school across the street that likes to edit their stickers. Come the end of May, some newer ones are going up.

Everyone with an older car or exotic (and many, many boats) which cannot handle ethanol come here, and it's about 40c more than the E10 91 sold everywhere else at the moment. (90c more than the 87) enough that they can actually make some money on gas alone. But they do repairs too like a small town service station.
Good people, and lots of regulars.

Today from the air capitol.
E85 $2.69
E10 blends
87 $3.51
89 $3.76
91 $4.01

Pure gas
87 $4.04
91. $4.53

100LL AV gas $6.83
Jet-A $7.55
(Full service)
