I am having an issue with a 2003 harley if anyone can help. I am at 30psi at idle, amd jumps to around 36 or so when I open the throttle (not under load) when driving, the first 20% of throttle takes off nice, then as I go more open, it gets louder but not a lot of increased speed. This truck is running near 15lbs of boost. I also have another exact 03 that is stock. That truck keeps pulling through the rpm.
The first 03 harley blew the threads out of one of the culylinders, but the plug stayed in. I ended up putting a remain motor in, and still has the weak acceleration. I replaced all coild when I did the motor with msd, and had the injectors cleaned. I also pulled the exhaust and put headers on, no restrictions there.

Fuel Pressure for Lightning
Hey folks..i was wondering if any knows what the fuel pressure should be on a 04 Lightning. If anyone knows where it should be at say idle and WOT that would be great....we have a truck that is kinda nosing over at 3400rpm at WOT and think it may be the pressure regulator or maybe something...
