7675 precision single turbo 2v. Twin AEM 320 in Cobra Hat and Tank. Modified FPDM with all upgraded 10ga wire to pumps. Full tank of gas. I’m having a fuel pressure drop at WOT. At WOT The fuel pressure drops to like 15lbs. I replaced the FRPS and still having the same issue. I installed 200amp alternator recently and upgraded all my power and grounds to 1/0 battery mounted in the trunk. See the datalog I posted fuel pressure drops at like 3500rpm the voltage when it drops is good at 13.94v. Fuel filter was recently changed.

If you're still running returnless check the pumps. I ran those pumps in a returnless set up and it killed one of them. They only work in return systems.

I had 3 of them in a return style system and had the same problem of pressure drop. The tank was removed and the pumps were checked. 2 failed. I replaced all 3 with Walbro pumps and have not had a problem since.

There's no load when free revving. It's not using near as much fuel as when the car is moving.

Gonna drop the tank and change the pumps. After reading up apparently I got wrong pumps in. AEM are not for returnless set ups. I just ordered Quantum 340lph pumps that work for PWM.

for the past 9 years Ive been using stock coyote pumps for replacements. They work excellent and are good for 600hp no problem.
