    Another update :

as soon as I posted the update seer called PayPal and got the case closed Again lol
He litterally told PayPal that I had installed the blower on my car and the reason for the quick closure was because SEER lied about that.

But I called back and reappealed the case again

For those that don't know the case was opened then I lost then I appealed it again then again it was closed lol

Called back again and had it appealed for the 3rd time

It is now open and I have a PayPal employee who will be uploading more edividence to the case tomorrow

Seer will not get away with this.

I will keep this thread updated with any further info.

Ps: yes case was appealed 3 times I didn't know it was possible and I'm thank full for their help and hopefully this will get resolved.

Ps Seer is mad I bet lol

Good luck, I hope this works out in your favor. It sucks that you run into people that all they want to do is rip you off.

Had a similiar experience 2 years ago with a seller from s197. Bought a saleen blower from a fellow member who was very well liked and knowledgeable. Installed the blower and it wouldnt spin. Seller was a total dick hole and a coward. I ended up sending the blower to jason at 281 motorsports. Long story short, the needle bearing failed and the twin screws were rubbing against the supercharger. I had to change the bearing, change the entire case of the supercharger and have the twin screws polished. This cost me a couple of grand. I feel you pain bro trust me.

Have you tried getting the first buyer to speak on your behalf to PayPal, that's your best shot.

Man, sorry to hear about this.

I've sold and bought parts on S197. There have been some people that simply WOULD NOT buy from me even though I'd give them all the info they needed to contact me, down to my home address. Why? Because I simply WILL NOT use Paypal. I got ripped for a grand by Paypal and even though I had Police reports of the guy who scammed me being arrested for scamming me and others, PP wouldn't refund my money.

I'll use a damned pigeon before I use PP.

Seer, what a tremendous disappointment you have turned out to be.

    Final update :

PayPal was there for me they understood what I was going thru

I have received a full refund from PayPal and its reflecting on my PayPal balance
I have received no email from PayPal or nothing like that just a transaction of a deposit for 3400.00 no further direction or instruction recived.

Karma is a [email protected] seer

I will have no further contact with SEER PayPal is My bread and butter.

Thank you fellow svt performance members for ur support and never give incase something like This happens to y'all.

Don't let sellers push u around we as buyers have all the power and that's the way it should be.

We should receive what we paid for and nothing less.

Just so everybody knows I had to reopen the case a total 5 times :)

Yes PayPal did what's right and they paid it off seer still kept his money. For the damaged blower and it gunna cost me 3000 to repai this blower so it all ends up working out.
Needs a new case and rotors .

Good job on getting that sorted out. Looking at the video I doubt the rotors need replaced,

My TVS ingested something metallic a couple years back, It actually looked worse than yours. I sent it to Stiegemeier, they cleaned up the gouges and recoated the rotors for 600+ shipping both ways.

Good luck with whichever way you go.

Called Whipple after ur comment and again they say there 90 percent sure they can't fix it I'm guessing cuz Whipple has tighter clearances then the eaton blowers.
