Are the studs missing the nuts or are they supposed to be like that?

They work almost as good as new?

I think the stud sticking up is for a strut tower brace. Never used one of theirs though. They work fine.

these are the older style 3-bolt MM c/c plates... i believe you can switch the tops from each side to get more range. I have them on my Cobra, but haven't messed with them.

There are the two black plates on each of them which you can plainly see. The bottom/underside plate is there on both it is just hard to see the one on the right. Obviously it's there, because that is what the studs and bolt are connected to.
