I believe it. I spent a lot more than that getting all these pieces together a couple years ago. This has everything including the bolts and even wiring connectors for the bosch pump and iat2.

Yeah, thats how I ran mine, cobra pumps with a gt tank. Never had any issues, just kept at least an 1/8th of a tank of fuel in it.
