Sorry just saw this. Yes the window tint is removable its just standard film. Heating up and peeling off then cleaning the glue.

Since you are open for comments, I figured as someone who sold one of these I would throw in my .02:

Unfortunately the market on the S197 cars took a huge hit when the S550 came out, I knew that was going to happen so I unloaded mine before the first ones hit the road. I had trouble getting $22.5k out of mine (after being on the market for 14 months at $23.5k) with 20k miles less and similar mods 2 years ago. Hell, the VMP one on here with low miles for $24k hasn't moved, if that's an indicator for them.

It's a beautiful car, and with the blower I think around $24-25k would've moved it quicker...but considering 50k mile Boss cars can be had for $28k now, it's hard to see people spending in that range on a non Boss. I know it's not what anybody wants to do because it's an annoyance, but parting it out and putting the car up for $20-21k may net you the best results.

Thanks for now it's just sitting. I am open to offers but people don't even contact you. They kick the tires a little then never answer. I wish I had more room to work on it but I am upside down a little and at this time I can't drop it that low.

Thanks for the input and I know it will be a little while but maybe the right person will come along.

I went to a few dealers in the area before leaving and they were right around $20-22k depending on where I went. Unfortunately that wasn't enough for me to let it go. Plus I have a lot of time into the car personally and would hate to see it go to a dealer rather than someone who would appreciate it in the forums.
