This 2004 Ford SVT Mustang Cobra is a great find with less than 27,000 miles. This Cobra has a clean title and has never been in an accident or smoked in. I have a clean title in hand and the car has been a local east coast car spending its life in VA and NC. This Cobra has the following aftermarket modifications. JLT CAI, smaller BilletFlow pully, MagnaFlow Exhaust, new OEM Ford headlights, Roush styling bar with 3rd brake light as well as a full paint reconditioning. The paint looks like a mirror! I did have the front bumper painted due to normal rock chips and I added the SVT Cobra chin spoiler to make the front look brand new along with the headlights! This car is Garage Kept and has been driven less than 1,000 miles in the last year. The car looks and sounds great, serious buyers only…PRICE IS FIRM!

Still got it? If so, You said it has a smaller pulley? was and who tuned the car?
Also do you have any of the original paper work that came with the car?

Car is still for sale, 2.93 pulley. I have not made any performance modifications since I purchase the car and I'm not sure how or who tuned it. I have owned more than one of these cars and I know that it has to have a tune because I have driven some without. I don't have any other original paperwork other than the owner's manual.
