I am selling my 2003 Mustang Mach 1. The reasons I am selling it are because I am getting married in April and starting medical school in August - so I’m in big need of money now. Plus my fiancée can’t drive stick and you can’t really fit a car seat in the back… I originally planned on keeping this car through medical school and residency, but now that I’m starting a family I have new priorities. I have taken extremely good care of this car and I have kept records of all the maintenance and modifications I have done to it. I’m going to miss this car a lot, but I know in 8 years when I’m finally a doctor that I’ll have a powerful mustang again. ..

The title is clean and I have it in hand, and I also printed out a carfax which shows a clean history. The car has 112,800 miles, but the motor and transmission are younger than that. At 103k I had the motor built with forged rods and pistons by Levin Motorsports in St. Petersburg so that I could safely have a power adder in the future. For those who don’t know Joshua Levin, he is the best in the area at what he does and can’t even keep up with the demand there is for him. So the bottom end of the motor is fresh and the top end is refurbished, I have receipts for everything. Josh says he can now safely get this car up to 600-700 wheel horsepower, for those who can afford a good turbocharger. The motor is ready to go for anyone wanting a power adder, you’re in the safe zone now for it.

At 103k I also had a newer transmission put in from another Mach 1 that had a T-56 upgrade. It had 60k miles on it when it was put in. Modifications are as follows: Offroad x-pipe, flowmaster exhaust, 4.10 gears, Ford Racing lowering springs, MM caster camber plates, Steeda Tri-Ax shifter, Flip chip and custom tune laying down 280 wheel horsepower and 297 wheel torque (so around 330 hp and 350 tq at the crankshaft). And that’s AFTER dropping the compression ratio from 10.2:1 to 9.4:1 with the motor build. There was no loss of power after doing so, and now the motor can handle more boost later from a turbo or supercharger.

I will be honest- one of the previous owners either hit a curb or something with the front right wheel, I don’t know though because the guy I bought it from didn’t know much. But the car drives straight and there are no problems from it whatsoever. One of the previous owners also had the motor replaced with the automatic version of it. The only difference is that the crankshaft in the manual Mach 1 is forged and in the auto it isn’t. However, the non-forged crank is still good for up to 700whp as long as the rods and pistons are forged. Josh Levin has built many motors like that. The only thing this car needs is two new rear tires. I have Nitto 555R’s on there now and I’ve gotten almost 20k miles out of them so far.

I have a very busy schedule between work and planning a wedding with my fiancée, so please only text me if you are serious about buying it. I’m asking $9,400 or best offer. Please text me at 727-455-6975 if you’re interested. I am located in the Westchase area if you want to come test drive it.
