Looking for advice for front tire size on a 2014 mustang gt with the full Steeda suspension and Forgestar f14 19x9.5. I want to stick with pilot super sports as they have been great for me.

275/40/19 or 275/35/19.

I was going to go with a 305/35/19 for the rear.
275/35 and a 305/35 will put you very close within each other as far as tire diameter goes.
305/35/19 is too big for a 9.5, especially michelins which tend to run kind of big.
Michelin specs these for 10-12" and you should really be near the middle of that range.

Sorry. The front wheels are 19x9.5 and the rears are 19x11. The sidewall on the 275/35 is an inch shorter than the 275/40 and about an inch shorter than the 305/35. Looks like I am going with the 40 series.

Yeah that should be your closest match. You should be fine with the 19x11 rear.
Anyone have trouble with the front centercaps for the 19x9.5 f14s fitting on a 2014 mustang?
I did with my Avant Garde wheels. I dremeled the underside of the cap and it fit fine afterward.
