See pic. My front sway bar bushings are obviously whooped. Before I purchase new ones I was wondering if there is suppose to be some sort of block between the top of the bracket and the bushing itself? See the gap on top of the bushing? And what bushings do you guys prefer? Obviously the eibach dont hold up and there customer service sucks imo. I'm pretty sure its 35mil sway bar but not 100%

Looks like you are missing the upper part of the sway bar bracket.

Interesting. I wonder if I can order the upper part of the bracket and the bushing from advanced or auto zone.. and looks like you have the same sway bar. I tried to trace the part# down but didnt have luck but is yours 35mil?

New bushings are under $20, I wouldn't bother trying to hunt down just the brackets.

See if you can find brackets at your local scrap yard?

This is the Eibach part number for the replacement bushings:
Bushing ES5272.02 (you need 2 of these)

Yes I have Eibach sway bars. Like 2DXTRM says I would just get new bushings and got to the junkyard for the bracket.

I assume the GT and v6 model of that yr are the same as the cobra? Not many junk yards around here so its slim pickings. May have to break down and buy new, cant imagine there more than 20pc

Same.

Let me see if I have any spares to spare. of those insert brackets. If I have them, then you just cover the price of shipping.

I have a pair of those inner brackets, cleaned and painted too. Send me a message if you still need them.

Could he not buy the MM relocation brackets as well to fix this issue?

But if this guy ^ has a set, I would get them!

The MM kit is for MM forward offset control arms so I don't think it would work well with the stock setup. I would source some stock brackets...
