Needs more ethanol
I know this a joke, and many here will take this car (and sub-forum) as the same.
However, I really see a market for this and think Ford will do well with it.

Just wanted to let people who didn't already know that this is the gayest subforum on SVTP.
Saw one in person last week, even sat in it.
As I moved to the rear, I found it less appealing. The 6 verticle white indicators look out of place. Second row seating has more headroom than it appears. The roof inside is sculpted out.
(pic, not the actual one I saw, but you get the idea.)
Huh, 100% charge but only a 155 mile range?
Yup, it lost ~30% of it's battery life overnight because "the battery got cold". You're supposed to keep them plugged in.
(PRO TIP: Invest in extension cord companies)
Remove the Mach and Mustang badging, call it something else, and it's a pretty nice looking SUV/Crossover. That sucks that you're supposed to leave it plugged in.
We received our first two in this morning. One is sold, the other we are putting in our service loaner program for a bit.
I'm not a huge fan of the styling, but they are incredibly similar to a Tesla. They drive really nice, have plenty of power, seats are cozy, big touchscreen is neat.
I don't like not having door handles. It's 14 degrees here, and a 100% charge reads 190miles (using the extended battery).
Also. If you have one outside of warranty. A normal battery is just under $20,000 dealer cost, and the extended is $24,000. What a joke.
There goes the neighborhood.
Pick your poison.
The Mach-E is NOT A MUSTANG! and never will be..
Saw my first two Ford Mustang Mach-E vehicles at my dealer last week, one was sold to the Amazon President and the other was a demo vehicle. I had an opportunity to drive it and was very suprised. Especially loved the technology, All-Electric, AWD and the incredible speed. My Boss demo'd the car for three days and now the City will be purchasing one for his Executive Car. A blacked out Fire Chief's Response Vehicle.
This is a great, fast, well-designed techno car! Tires & brakes are the only maintenance for 100,000 miles! (Did I say it is wicked quick?)
Thanks for the review. So...if it's cold outside and your local power grid is already maxed out keeping up with home heating power (Texas now) How does it make sense to have idle transportation plugged in drawing energy, on the off chance the owner may want to take a ride on a fully charged car. This is a infrastructure disaster in the making.
You are correct sir.
Nick made an important note I failed to mention. These 4-door battery boxes don't have door handles. The doors "pop" open like those on a shaved hot rod. Not sure how well they'd "pop" open after after an ice storm or after being washed in winter.
IDK, maybe Ford will increase the size of the batteries and heat the exterior skin on the doors when the car's in temperatures below freezing. Ya, that'll fix the problem.
155 mile range makers me lol literally......
I have ZERO interest in plugging in my car every night or any night. I will get an electric eventually like most ppl will sometime in their lifetime but if I cant pull into my garage with a charging station under that I drive into then im not interested.
Shit, Europe is already making roads with charging stations built into them so u just drive on the hi way and it recharges automatically.
My brother plugs in his Tesla every night. I would NOT want to do that. Bad enough doing it for everyday use, I can't even imagine taking it on a vacation involving a 400+ mile drive. Ie. from here in CT to Bar Harbor, ME.
I have to laugh everytime I see this thing. It is so so ugly. The bushwackers! Can’t imagine I’ll see many of these on the roads. Literally anything would be better than this junk.
I remember 10-12 years ago that everyone was saying they wouldn't want to plug their "smart phone" in every night, and they could last 7 days on a charge with their Nokia...lol
Who knew Ford would produce a trans vehicle? Is it a car? It is a truck? It looks like a little of both. It's definitely not a Mach. Thumbs down.

Like it or hate it this is the future and we can't stop it. Won't be long before gas prices go up significantly (via drip, drip) and additional taxes are added as well to support electrification infrastructure. Cities will prevent ICE vehicles from entering their boundaries so that the children can be protected, and regulatory fees will added at the state level to help pave the way too. RIP fossil fuels.
Sure we can. Don’t buy this garbage. Inform your friends and neighbors about how the Green Deal is just a money grab for China and elites. If no one buys this crap they won’t make it.
