Switched over to E85 and trying to get my fuel flow dialed in.
Setup as it stands:
  • FGT Pumps
  • 40a BAP on Full
  • Fore Hat with upgraded wiring
  • Stock Lines
  • **49psi Base Returnless**

When low flow my V_Tab and Act_V are pretty close +-0.5V. The problem I'm having is as soon as I start to roll onto the throttle and FP_Flow gets around .5 my Act_V starts shooting up (example V_Tab:6.1, Act_V:9.08). My V_Tab keeps moving up proportionally with flow but my Act_V drops down to my idle value of about 4.1V and stays there causing my pressure to drop.

It seems the initial voltage jump and corresponding 2-3psi jump causes a huge over correction. My PIDS are as follows P=0, I=0.1796, D=0 (FGT value file) Ive tried the Voltage Table from the value file and one from the SCT Forum didn't seem to have a noticeable change.

The tune was working fine with 93 and the BAP on 20% and 39Psi. Are there changes that need to be made from the increase in BAP, like cutting the PIDS proportional to the BAP % change? Besides changing " Desired Pressure Drop..." to my target is there anything additional I have to change when upping the pressure?
