Ok after buying all the weatherstrip, door latches, windshield, moldings and detail items I decided that the "race car paint" wasn't good enough so I pulled everything back off, ran the car back into the garage did some more wet sanding, blocking etc and reshot the car. Then re-sanded and buffed it out and added all the detail parts. It came out much better and straighter even with the "fenders from hell".

Interior, which still needs detailed..

It's a Grant wheel but I'm using a quick change hub, I'll get some pics tomorrow.

Looks good! Is there a write on how to change a steering wheel on a foxbody?

The big issue is the retention of the air bag, in my 95 I used an (I think) 85 hub and horn wiring to make the swap, anyway it was a pre-airbag hub. This car has a welded in quick change hub that probably would not be practical for a daily driver.

Did u get the whole kit with steering wheel from Grant ?

No, the wheel was Grant the quick release was from Quickcar, the splined hub has to be welded on the shaft, so once that is done the steering shaft is history for anything else, although the collapse feature will still function. I also had to find some stepped cap screws to mount the wheel to the hub..

Hard to believe that thing started out as a $50 she'll. Great work sir. That's worthy of a magazine write up!

This thing is AWESOME to drive! the throttle is an on/off switch no wuss puss traction control or anti lock brake crap! It's like a sprint car that turns.

looks like a hell of a lot of fun too, show those german car owners who's boss!
it's fun beating up on porsche's & bmw's in a straight line, hopefully someday i'll be capable of smoking them through the turns also..
