Found my boost leak! Check this out

I dont know man.... I'm pretty sure that isn't causing you a boost leak...

It comes welded, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to weld it back together

I would give procharger a call and see whats up. Wonder if they have ever had that happen

but just put some jb weld on it...good as new :)

I've seen this happen with procharger intercoolers a lot. Thankfully mine is still holding up! Should be an easy fix, my guess is they had a new guy weld up a batch of them and he didn't get it hot enough

Well if that's the case damn that new guy! The weld on this look like ass so I could see u being right on that

i would definitely contact procharger and see if they will fix it for free?

20psi through a d1 is a respectable amount to break something!

I'm just going to road trip it to. Modern performance also knowing as map. A well knowing import shop. Have them weld it n pick up a new filter n some more t bolt clamp since they sell them for $2.77! Plus I been only running 2 on the whole car. So figure better upgrade since I'm working on the car.
