Lando Norris wins the first race of the season in Australia ahead of Max Verstappen and George Russell.
I'm a big fan of chaos when it comes to F1 races as it means we will get something exciting to watch, this weekend did not disappoint. I hope that Lando and Max can fight it out all year, I get bored pretty quickly when one guy wins every weekend, so this year looks promising so far.
That's my complaint with F1, it's the very limited passing. Seemed like where you qualified was pretty much where you would finish. Although it's been a little better the last couple seasons. Indy car is a lot more entertaining in my opinion. If Max had another lap, I think he would've gotten him
Perfect way for Lando to start the season. I think he needed the confidence to start from pole and take it home!
Racing is awesome to watch. It would've been interesting to see how McLaren strategy would've changed of Oscar was still running 2nd when it came time to pit.
Good start to a fun year! My only wish is they could make tracks that had more spots to pass.
The cars have gotten so big/long that overtaking is more difficult on certain circuits as well. That's my complaint with F1, it's the very limited passing. Yeah man they are huge now. Indy cars look small in comparison. It's just not that entertaining to watch without passing. The cars have gotten so big/long that overtaking is more difficult on certain circuits as well.
Hamilton's good times with Ferrari are underway as he takes pole for the sprint race in China!

In that case you're probably glad he got DQ'd today. Something about his car not meeting a thickness requirement.Slightly biased because I can't stand Lewis... but he dominates in Shanghai; he's won there 6 times. I bet T1 in the spring race will be interesting. Max is quicker off the start.

Too much wear on the wear plate, presumably from being too low. The other Ferrari DQ for being underweight. Their ability to step on their own dick is amazing
Now that Yuki has officially replaced Liam at Red Bull, I hope he performs well and secures his seat for at least the rest of the season!
I've thought that for years man, how in the hell do they not replace all the management/strategy guys at this point? They are the Dallas Cowboys of auto racing. All the money, none of the competence.Their ability to step on their own dick is amazing

They have been struggling far longer than that… Ferrari hasn’t won a constructors since 2008… Kimi was the last driver to win WDC with them..Man, Ferrari has been struggling for the last 7 years or so with bone head issues.
Needles to say McLaren has the fastest car right now. It'll be fun to see what the other teams come up with to be competitive
