With this setup

Fore triple pump hat w/ return port
triple walbro gss342s
Fore fuel rails
Fore F2 regulator
80lbers

what electronics do I need to run?? (such as fpdm wise) will the stock one suffice or should I go ahead and ditch it for a nice setup?

Idea on the motor/ car build is 5.3 stroker..big cams...ported heads...Hellion compound with twin 61s on e85

A return style fuel system doesnt use a fpdm at all!

You will use a big power wire from the battery or fusebox to the trunk with your 3 relays. Then use the signal wire from the fpdm wire harness to the relays. Thats about as hard as it gets electronic wise.

Also, 80s will be too small. You will get 750-800rwhp out of them on E-85, either go 105lbers like me or look into the ID stuff.

Ooo alright.. Im new to the whole fuel system wiring thing.. have done some research but not much and yeahh I got the 80lbers for now so i wont push myself into 1k horsepower without getting used to around 700 first then upgrading to id1000s

I have heard some people using the FPDM in a return setup as the relays. Not sure if that is true or how they did it.

This is what I am using:

Speaking of relays I have a question, which would be worse loosing one out of three relays at WOT or one larger relay cutting out at WOT? I'm thinking of running one Bosch 75 amp instead of the three smaller ones.

And put your 'Y' where I did, looks fuggin nasty under the hood IMHO.
I took a lot of time in making my underhood fuel system look amazing.
(yes i know there are no cc plates, car was getting a million parts at the same time.)

Are 80 lbers enough for a whipple 2.9 running on e85 with a return style triple pump setup or would I need 96 lb injectors?

80s are fine.

My setup above is very over kill. We are running warning lights to know if I have lost a fuse and no longer have a running pump. Few parts missing in the pic but that is the idea.

yaa I will be running 80s on pump until I get used to about 700hp then remove them for id1000s and move onto e85 to make 1000
