Very cool. I'd like to go to a show like that as some point.
it was a lot of fun !!
I want to know the axle specs.
Ford really needs to get their game together with their 650 & 750 trucks. The visibility out of them is abhorrent because you are taking what is a pickup truck body and turning it into a Class 6 Truck. The same seems to go with GMC as well as they have the same visibility issues. If they could have something similar to the Freightliner in terms of Visibility they would have a real winner on their hands IMO. Then Ford needs to figure out a way to offer the Transits Cargo Vans with seating for 3. I understand that there are van drivers that mostly go out with 1 or 2 guys in it, but it would solve a lot of headaches to bring over the 3 seat configuration from Europe so that instead of having to buy a Mitsubishi or Hino and have a bunch of wasted room in the back just so you can send out 3 guys into a city every day and buy a Transit which costs less in fuel, taxes, registration, is easier to maneuver and park in cities. The Transit we use for work is perfect for Manhattan, but I can only send 2 guys with it which means that guys come back with tickets usually. If you could legally seat 3 people without losing cargo space then you have a win-win right there.
