Had a problem with my Whipple installation and was wondering if anyone could assist me. Problem came after everything was completed and ready for the first start up. Fired up the engine and everything appeared to be fine. Then after a few minutes the supercharger drive belt began coming apart. After killing the ignition and inspection, I discovered the 89" supercharger belt had started to make it's way out (away from the engine block) this consequently resulted in the supercharger belt rubbing up against the accessory drive belt and splitting the supercharger belt. So I guess my question is, how did the belt work its way out? My initial thought was that 3.25 pulley was installed backwards and misaligned the belt, but it looks like the pulley can only go on one way so I ruled that out. Any other thoughts? Thanks guys
