SolidWorks. That is the stuff I would like to design using SolidWorks. Medical production equipment just is not as much fun.

I have and use Solidworks 09. But I cant make something like that. I cant get the runners to lean one way or add multiply pieces to it. Im still used to 3Ds Max so the learning curve is steep.

Go through the built in tutorials, I know they usually suck on programs but they actually teach you some cool things on solidworks

I'm sorry, I'm a bit lost. What happened to the original motor going into the GT Dan?

I'm Building TWO GT's now:rockon: Mine is Procharged with an F2 and my best Friends is going to be T.T.

I will start a build thread on his in the next two weeks so I don't confuse people.....

Oh yeah here is the car I had to sell to get my Ford GT:thumbsup: Now it was unrestored when I sold it and had only 12000 miles from being at the dragstrip on it.

1970 Cyclone Spoiler Grabber Blue Drag Pak car. 3.91 gear, 4 speed, 429 Super Cobra Jet. Was on of 18 with options and the only one of 18 with blue center counsel. The guy had it restored and beat me to get'n the GT done. Oh well it turned out beautiful. I found this thing in Az in 05 from one of my dad's friends, he may cry often still after finding out what I got for it unrestored:D I was the second liscensed owner of it. Its in a very good home with a retarded grabber blue collection of cars. Thought i'd share, Some may think its ugly, it was a hard but easy decision to sell it. I loved the car but knew if restored I could drive it like I would. LIKE I STOLE IT>..... HAHA Plus Ford GT's are just pure SEX..... I was told I could buy it back someday if I wished to.

OH YEA FASTEST PRODUCTION CAR OF 1970...

Okay just went through all 18 pages and read almost all of the comments just to make sure I didn't make an ass of myself. All I can say is that I am speechless. The Ford GT is on the number one spot of a long list of dream cars for me. I applaud you Sir for both having enviable skills and for bringing back a GT from the scrap heap. I just subbed to the Pantera thread without even knowing that this amazing machine was also here. You have my respect Sir. You are extremely talented.

Billet intake (ill post pics) and im designing the turbo kit.
not to be "that guy", but, are you sure you know how? i'm just saying man, i know they look really similar, but these don't use belts!!!

:D

Here are a few pics

Here is the drawing of the T.T intake im having done for my buddy's car. I feel we needed the longest runner intake for having the most low end possible for roll racing. The factory Gt intake has a very short runner and the Wilson manifold does too. The innercooler will then mount after the turbo's before the throttle bodies.

Enjoy:rockon:

Here is how im going paint my GT... This is my coffee table for my house. It gets a decal kit for the windows and it also has mirrors, front vents for brake ducts and wheels. IT 31'' by 75" and then there is acrylic stands that go threw the front fenders and rear 1/4's and then they support a 36'' by 85'' piece of glass.

Colors are 07 Shelby Vista Blue and Tungsten Grey:rockon:

How much did the Cyclone sell?

I did alright on it selling it unrestored....That's all I will say there.

BTW I will have my Procharged GT up and running late next week. Ready to knock on the door of 1300rwhp (HOPEFULY MORE) but baby steps. Did cnc'd heads and some blower cams. Same short block that made 1209rwhp, but with a brand new bryant crank. Also the blower will be spun 12000 more rpms as we were barely spinning it when we made 1200, due to my original thinking of turning the motor 9000rpms. Know now I don't need to turn it over 8000, so Procharger redid the gear sets in blowers for me....And it made 1200rwhp with out an F2 on it. So we got one blower togo yet:rockon:

Can't wait to c what it does:burnout: So STAY TUNED........

Also the CNC'D intake for the Twin Turbo GT im building is done and shipping tuesday. Get ready for a build thread on that sucker too.
