Well I never thought I’d be posting this but I knew if I ever did it would be on SVTPerformance.com (member since April '04).

Selling my '03 Redfire Cobra convertible. See below:
· Original owner

· 13,837 miles with a clean title and all documentation specific to the car – also have several books about Mustangs, SVT history, Cobras, and the '03s and '04s that will go with it

· Only mods are a CAI and a Magnaflow system from the catted H pipe back (I have the original CAI and exhaust)

· Truly excellent condition

· Before adding the Magnaflow system I listened to everything else out there and the Magnaflow had the best overall sound in my opinion

· I know the '03 –'04 Cobras are commonly modded with things like sub frame connecters (on verts), lowering springs, pulleys, etc. but I forced myself to avoid these as I wanted to maintain the unmolested stock status – there were several years where restraining myself was difficult (ha-ha!) but now I am really glad I did – the car is a clean slate

· Always garaged…and under cover from October through May and only in rain 3 or 4 times since '03

· Interior is in new condition and it still has the new car smell – I would not believe a car could retain that after 16 years if I wasn’t experiencing it myself

· Most folks on this site are familiar with the '03 – '04 Cobras so I don’t have to explain what’s it’s like to experience the torque while the blower is screaming in front of you and the exhaust is roaring behind you…it is intoxicating and anyone that’s experienced it will agree

· Basic pictures are attached but I can take more as needed

· Pictures were taken immediately after pulling the cover off this weekend so it hasn’t been detailed yet this year

· All of the wheels look as good as the one pictured

· The entire top looks as good as the section pictured

· Located in Southern Michigan for anyone that’s close

· Lowered to $28k (started at $30k) and reasonable offers are OK

· No trade offers or tire kickers please

Thanks for the compliments guys. I've found that a little TLC before and after each drive and especially before and after each winter keeps it looking good.

Hello Plumbcrazy. It is still available. I was planning to reduce it to $28k just hadn't posted that yet. Please let me know if you are interested.
Thanks for responding. It's a nice car and I have my eye on it.
If you still have it when I'm 100% sure of my decision, I'll let you know. Until then, if I miss it, someone's going to get a beauty.

That's one clean and original Redfire Cobra. Rare to find a one-owner, factory stock (except for intake and exhaust), LOW mileage example. Someone is going to be happy with this one.

I may be in the market in a few days... PM me where i'd have to be to get the deal done. Ask around I've bought and sold many cobras on SVTP over the past 7 or 8 years :).

Thank you, chonSVT! The color was my favorite from day one. Actually, I went to the dealership to buy black (which I still really like) but the black car I went to buy was sitting next to a Redfire car and it was all over for me. I've noticed that many times Redfire doesn't come through photos accurately. Many times in photos it has somewhat of light red or orange tinge to it but in real life it doesn't at all. Congrats on your car, you'll love it. Be safe and have fun with it.
