No, but St. Roberts and Waynesville are your typical small towns right outside of post. However, St. Louis is about 2 hrs away and that's more than likely where you will find the car scene, outside of what is on post.
Agreed, your best bet is to drive up here to St. Louis for a car scene - quick & easy drive. I drive past FLW weekly going to the Ozarks on weekends.
I was there 13 years ago and there wasn't much off post. You had to go to Springfield or St. Louis. Then again I was on the trail as a Drill Sergeant so I didn't have that much time free anyways.
