This was the first time racing this car, and my first time racing a manual. My best run was the below with mods in sig. Ran a bunch of 12.1s with 60ft times anywhere from 1.9-2.0.

60ft: 1.87
330: 5.1508
1/8: 7.8899
1/8 mph: 90.78
1000: 10.2103
1000 mph: 104.24
1/4 mile: 12.0452
1/4 mile mph: 117.22

My launches were basically slipping the clutch out from 3000-3500rpms on MT 315s street radial IIs. Shift points were 6000. My shift light really helped me keep things consistent.

Considering I ran a 12.1 with a 2.0 60ft tonight, I really think I could get 11s out of this car with some more seat time. Thoughts?

i think that if that was your first time at that track in the car and by going off of the slip there is no way you can't get 11's out of that car. You need to work on you 60 and you should be able to get that car to hook a little more with a higher launch.

Anyone else? I was basically just cleaning the tires off and not doing too big of a burnout.

if you're lift shifting the car, then 6000 is way too low. my upper only 2.76 vert traps 95 in the 1/8 and 120 1/4. It ran 11.88 with a 1.97 60ft in about +1800 da feet. race weight was 3950 with me (200) in it

shift that fugger as close to redline without actually hitting it if you're lifting the gas on the shifts. you can easily go 11's with those 60fts (but they could be even lower)

here's the slip from my best pass ('04 c5z was in the right lane - lol)

I never really thought about shifting higher. I am not powershifting, and I have raptor set at 6k as I thought from looking at my dynosheet, that would be best.
