First time at the strip

I will be taking my 03 Cobra to the strip for the first time. I'm running Yokohama 275/40 17 S drive on all for corners.

Any advice on launch RPM's, shift RPM's and rear tire pressure would be greatly appreciated.

My car is bone stock.

it will be tough to get a good launch on those tires with a bone stock irs, but I would say sort of roll out at about 2500 and slip the clutch so that you can floor it. otherwise you will just spin or hop. if it hops, get out of it fast!!

A friend of mine told me to leave the line like I was driving in a Wal-Mart parking lot and roll into the throttle. Knocked .2 off of my stock runs!
