Well i have had the car like 3 months now, and i have been babying it since it only had 3500 miles on it when i got it. So today coming home from work i notice a new mustang GT coming up on me fast. So i followed him and we eventually found open road. We went from like a 20 punch, he got the hit and i started gaining then we both hit second. I had some wheel spin but when i cought i flew by him, I had like 2 cars and was still pulling but we had to let off do to an upcoming turn. It was cool, he asked if i had a blower.ha ha, i am stock besides MGW, and O/R h-pipe, i still have the factory air filter in this thing. Cool guy and a good race!
Nice kill and damn clean car. 3500 miles! How is that still possible? If you don't mind me asking how much did you pay for the car? You can spin on 245 street tires with a stock cobra. I test drove a bone stock 98 cobra vert the other day and was shocked that the car spun from the 1st to 2nd shift. My car with 275 street tires would barely spin and I was making upper 400's, so needless to say I was shocked but it can happen.
nice dude, i have a bolt-on 98 cobra(full exhaust,gears,intake and tri-ax) and from a 20 roll, i could rip up the stock 275's. the 295's are a little bit harder, but i can still spin through 2nd gear. if you're going to roll-race, go from a 2nd gear 40, 2nd gear in a mustang is sweet. i get my friends in there new edge gt's all day long....
ok where do you get those cup holders in the piece? cuz mine doesnt have those...just one cup holder inside the center console
