I had a freeze plug go bad , also caused an overheating / blown head gasket .
Took my time , with all the other things that get in the way .
Today, I hit the key, and got him fired up .
Good day .
Still have a handful of things to do , buy it was a great day .

Back story , I have owned this fox , 22 years .
Was my first fox mustang , of many others gets.
347 is 20 plus years , ran on nitrous .
Only the body and paint , interior is original to the car .
It is time to refresh the engine , maybe next year .
Specs are as follows ,
Sn 95 front suspension , cobra rack , the afore mentioned 347 , 5 axis cnc porting of Edlebrock heads , 2.02 intake, 169 exhaust , all stainless valves .

Good to see you her running again, congrats. I just pulled the diff on my ‘01 for a ratio change and some 31 spline axles. Keep on wrenching!

Nice feeling to get a project car fired up, isn't it? Congrats on the accomplishment. Your Fox will continue to evolve to perfection as you persist in your restoration. Carry on!!

Bob , thanks for the kind words , but this will never be a restoration. I love the 99.9 % original paint , with bumps and bruises , and just like to make it a better car then it was originally .
