hurts to try, but I am thinking about selling the Cobra and am currently feeling around to see what happens. I am in no hurry to sell, but could use the money for future plans that are in the works, so here goes.
2003 Redfire Cobra. 36592 on the clock, with only about 1500-2k on the motor. As it has been over 5 years, i do not remember the exact brand names of the internals used in the motor but they are all forged internals, stock heads, Whipple 2.3. BBK longtubes with Borla catless exhaust. Transmission has been upgraded with all new internals, Solid axel with 3.73s. Strange Suspension which is set up for drag. Fuel System consists of CP-E Billet fuel hat, fuel Rails, Warbro 485 LPH fuel pumps, and 80Lbs injectors.
a Local shop built the cage and it will pass any track inspections, and the driver side is a swing bar for easier access. It also has a cut off switch in the back, but it is not hooked up at the moment. PSI in Houston TX built the motor and HPP in Dallas tuned it after they made the change to E85, making 731/745 off and 810/862 on the 75 shot. this thing is quick! went 10.30s on the old setup in Ennis at the last Fun Ford Weekend. have not made any passes on the track as it sits now, but i will say that its fast enough off the spray to make me hesitant to use the spray.
I will also include both sets of wheels, the Black 17 inch cobra wheels and the Billet specialties big and littles. the Rear Billets have been plastidipped, but it can easily be removed if you choose to do so. Rear speakers have been taken out to make way for cage, but radio and front speakers still work just fine.
there is a small problem with the front bumper hanging due to shoddy body shop work, and i have included a picture of it. also, the AC line was bent during said shoddy body work and was cracked and needs to be replaced.
Please feel free to PM me with an questions you might have. I am asking $22,000 OBO. Please keep any negative comments you might have on price or car to yourselves.
