Feeler. Ford Racing Springs and oe 07 struts

I'm thinking of buying a set of coil overs, so I'll have a set of Ford racing springs that have been on for 10k, and my original front and rear shocks, on for just under 20k. Anyone have any idea what these are worth? Thanks
