Looking through some of the mods there are some pretty sweet ideas out there - but I wanna see some more! Post up any cool mods that you want to share, even better if there's instructions!

Fog Light Rewire

Passener Side Leg Room

Not sure if these light mods would work for 03-04 Cobra but I'd love to accomplish it with red if possible Button colors & [ame="http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/showthread.php?t=244511"]Gauge colors[/ame]

It was late when I created the thread but some other ideas that I like are:

1) Fuel pump cut-off switch as an extra security measure
2) Tail-light/license plate light switch - no comment :)
3) Concealed radar detector/LiDar - no comment :)

I'm only on my phone but the good vent mod in the Terminator FAQ section is a great one. Looks 10 times better than the stock hood vents and for free basically. I also remember someone installing the ford Key code door unlock thing on the plastic piece under the front windshield and once on the inside of the gas door on a lightning. I'd love to see more ideas though.

Not cheap ;-)) lol!
I think in the end with paint about $700. I used another cover so as to not damage or modify my stock one. I had the side reflectors eliminated also.

What part of the bay area are you in? I am just south of SF. I can tell you where I had it done if you like.

Im up north of SF in Sonoma County, but I work in the financial district.

I don't really have the $$ for that right now, I'm too busy paying off the car first :rolling: Right now I'm doing what I can do for cheap mods, I'm slowly dynamatting my car in preparation for my sound system :)

Are you going to hit the http://www.svtperformance.com/forums/california-172/805834-2011-norcal-svtoa-sac-chapter-cruise-cause.html#post11263571? Should be lots of fun if you can make it

Too bad that MGW quit making these. I understand about Ford and copyrights, but even plain, the fuel door is a nice piece.

Love my Fore hood vents, and my homemade cut down antenna. Kinda hard to see the antenna in this pic.

Those vents look great! Do you ever have problems with debris falling through the vents?

Right now I've got the factory vents, but I think I'll be replacing those - I saw one thread where someone trimmed every other piece of plastic which looked pretty good as well, that may have to hold me over until I can get those aftermarket vents.

When I bought my Cobra it came with a shorty antenna, the radio reception is horrible but I'll be replacing the stereo with an aftermarket double-din and satellite radio.

Has anyone shaved their antenna here? Looks like this:

Yes, there are a couple of members here with shaved antennas. Looks great, and if I ever have to do any paintwork to that fender, I will do that for sure, and just put a hidden antenna in under the dash, or firewall.
