Saw this on the corvette forums. Getting a tad better.

It doesnt say E85 anywhere that I saw but we can pretty much assume thats what a "flex fuel kit" means.

Not tooooooo bad though for stock boost, Long tubes, intake and some items to help reduce heat soak. Clearly like mentioned its making more than enough power to go a bit faster.

This is also a M7 car. From what was posted before it seems the A8s in stock trim were 1-3mph quicker and obviously MUCH easier to launch.

Enjoy

Flex fue lshould be half e85 and pump gas, at that trap it will only get lower 10.1 10.2

I wasn't sure...i thought there were flex fuel setups that could accommodate full E85.

While its currently a but away It would be neat to see it dip into the high 9s on stock boost. different gearing, stall, ported intake and tb etc etc

We were both "kinda" correct lol. It CAN do a full E85 setup but this time it was not.

This is from the tuner:
"The car has never been dynoed on FULL 85% Ethanol, The track was a 36% blend and the half mile was 54% blend."

Shouldn't it trap 140mph with these mods?

Car only has 3 passes on it and is an M7 car. The driver mentioned it wasnt the easiest car to get to 60ft well. His best was 1.75. He also said his DA was +1000 and the conditions werent ideal. A simialr C7 stingray with similar power went 140. I would love to see a similar setup on an A8 as it seems they were 1-2mph faster and much easier to get moving.

I am not backing it up or saying its a win. Just posting something i saw on the other forums.

Hellcat would have gone 8s with those mods...

The c7 will be a quick platform just needs some time just like every other new car.

LMAO!

Impressive driving... Every Tom, Dick, and Harry can run hero times with an Auto... Congrats to the C7 driver who rowed gears like a man!

So the car picked up 100rwhp-ish with just a tune, cai, and long tubes? Bs. Gonna use some svtp logic on this one since it doesn't line up with my expertise. It was SPRAYED!!

not at my post...
of course I am not surprised since its a FastProms car, they ****ed a FAST intake manifold I sent out to them for porting several years ago, over ported the #2 runner and filled that bitch up with epoxy...****ING HACKS!
